As I have now heard from the Gambling Commission that they consider that this competition falls outside their rules, I have, with regret, no option but to close this competition. It appears that in another form the competition may be acceptable and I may re-launch it in future, so watch this space.  In the meantime I will be refunding entry fees.  

I hope that you will all find time to expressing your appreciation to our beloved government, by way of a letter to the press or to your MP, for stifling yet another enterprise, which would have done a bit of good and given a bit of fun at an otherwise bleak time.
